‘You’ll Be In Court After Audits’: Marjorie Taylor Greene Unloads On Raffensperger

Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is sounding the alarm on Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger.

Greene took to Twitter to call out Raffensberger for “lying” and even accused him of coordination with Democratic operative Stacey Abrams on mail-in voting for the 2020 presidential election.

Greene warned Raffensperger that he’ll “be in court after audits” and told him to “get a defense lawyer.”

YOU SHOULD STOP TAKING YOUR LYING POINTS, I MEAN TALKING POINTS, FROM YOUR FRIEND STACEY ABRAMS.
1. SOS DOESN’T MAKE LAWS.
2. YOUR MASS ABSENTEE MAILING DEAL WITH STACEY IS THE REASON GA’S ELECTION WENT OUT OF CONTROL.
3. YES YOU’LL BE IN COURT AFTER AUDITS, GET A DEFENSE LAWYER. HTTPS://T.CO/SVFJK2UWKX

Greene’s tweet was in response to a post from Raffensperger, who shared an article from Fox Business.

The article was titled, “Georgia Secretary of State looks forward to ‘beating’ Dems in court over ‘very strong’ voting rights case.”

In the interview with Fox Business, Raffensperger said: “I’m the first secretary of state to introduce photo I.D. for absentee ballots. And that’s what they’re currently using in Minnesota. So why is it OK for the Democrats to do it in Minnesota but not Republicans here in Georgia? We’re going to win on that. We’re going to win every single point. And I’m looking forward to meeting them and beating them in a court of law.”

“Our group of attorneys have been in conference last week and will be getting back to the judge with our initial filings and we look forward to it. We have a very strong case,” he added.

Raffensperger has made a total reversal in recent months.

After several stunts, insulting comments about Donald Trump, and even coming out against election audits, Raffensperger has now changed his tune.

Raffensperger is now voicing his support for the effort and says inspecting the ballots would provide “another layer of transparency and citizen engagement.”

Last week, VoterGA’s Garland Favorito filed a motion to immediately begin the inspection of the ballots in Fulton County, Georgia, from the 2020 presidential election.

Favorito is leading the court case in Fulton County, Georgia, to inspect the roughly 140,000 mail-in ballots from the Nov. 3 election.

Before that, Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero allowed the lawsuit to proceed regarding an audit of the ballots in Fulton County, Georgia.

Almost 200 duplicate ballots were found in Fulton County, Georgia, last week by a major voting group.

Digital scans of ballots made public under Georgia’s new voting law show that nearly 200 ballots, including a write-in vote for rap artist Kanye West, were initially scanned twice last fall before a recount, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

The discovery of identical ballots was brought to light by a group of voters called VoterGA, which is seeking to prove that the election was fraudulent.

VoterGA said they found evidence of “massive” fraud in Fulton County after reviewing ballot data.

The group says the claims are based on a VoterGA data team’s analysis of Fulton’s mail-in ballot images.

“The team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s official November 3rd, 2020 results,” the group said.

“One type of error discovered involved duplicate results reporting for batches of ballots. The team found at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added into Fulton Co. audit results for the November election. These illicit votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump, and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson. But it is not simply a case of errors,” the group said.

“The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump, and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump,” they added.

“The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson,” the said in the press release.
