Arizona Audit

Judge Makes Ruling on Whether Arizona Audit Can Continue

How can you tell the Democrats and their lapdog media are panicking over the Arizona audit? They’re throwing everything but the kitchen sink in the way of finishing the audit. They have also been throwing accusations out, hoping to undermine its legitimacy.

They know that if the Arizona audit can prove that fraud happened in the 2020 election, many other states could follow with their own audits.

Thank goodness things just keep getting more nerve-wracking for Democrats because a judge has made a ruling that is a blow to opponents of Maricopa County’s election audit. A temporary restraining order that would have put a halt to the audit has been denied. The audit continues!

A previous judge was replaced with a new judge on Tuesday:

“The case was reassigned to Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel G. Martin hours after Judge Christopher Coury recused himself from the case due to the involvement of an attorney who had worked as an extern in his office within the last five years,” the Hill reported on Monday.

The new judge isn’t squeaky clean either. Judge Martin has ties to the law firm trying to stop the Arizona audit. A lawyer for the firm weighed in on social media to try and create doubt about the audit:

Ironically, these people are accusing Republicans of doing exactly what they actually did in the 2020 election.
